Time is an asset, that we sometime spend and some time we use. We use it to be productive, to create things, to do things. But we also use it to just be.
When being together colleagues, friends and familty we often measure the value of time in what we have done. When we are alone and being we often measure it with how we feel.
The most rewarding part of time for most of us is a combination of the two. A daily life where we get a little bit of both. An for some of us trying to get out of the do-hamster, a dose of "feel-time" could be very beneficial. For some else of us, an additional dose of "do-time" would make the difference.
I think the best insight to carry forward is that when you live in the lime light of life wheater it is about do or feel, doing nothing is not time that you have lost control of, you are just using the vary valuable asset for a different purpose. And feeling good is a great purpose.
